Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Fixtures

  Securely pack the LED units in their original boxes, including all mounting hardware and instruction manuals to avoid damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned lights for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
